Affordable Accessories SHIPS to US or Canada for a flat US$24.90 and all other countries for US$34.90 -- orders are only billed one shipping charge, regardless of the number of items in the order.
We endeavor to process, pack and ship all confirmed orders with payment received/approved within 1 to 3 business days. However, should there be a delay our customer representatives will inform you via email.
We will use a reliable courier service of our choice for shipment depending on the total weight and country of delivery. We normally use FedEx, DHL, TNT, EMS or USPS for all shipments.
We will ship all orders using a courier service with a live online tracking number which will be emailed to you as soon as the shipment is dispatched out. All shipments will require a signature as a proof of delivery by the courier company.
To prevent all our customers from paying high duty or custom taxes, all international orders will be sent as "Gifts" and declared at an extremely low value to avoid costly duty or custom taxes.
To safeguard our valued customers against fraud, all orders placed via this website will be verbally confirmed by our sales representative. All IP addresses used to make orders will be recorded and logged by our website's shopping cart system.

Returns:
All products purchased from Affordable Accessories are covered with a full manufacturer’s defects warranty. We accept a full refund for the total cost of the order (less any shipping costs paid) if the item is returned to us within 3 days upon receipt of the item. The returned item must be unused in its original condition. All exchanges must be approved through our Customer Service department, and an authorization code must be provided for processing. If a product is being sent back for exchange due to reasons other than defect, there is a 20% restocking fee. Allow up to 30 days for your warranty return to be processed.

A courier service tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been dispatched. We ship all items using a courier service that requires a signature upon receipt. It is uncommon for packages to be lost in the mail. However, in the event that a shipment is lost, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost.
